Phantom, the essence of confidence, a feel-good fragrance, was our recent project collaboration with the Paco Rabanne education team. The brief consisted of creating a 360° training journey with a focus on both on-line & off-line tools. Our work focused on first creating an education concept that represents the big idea behind Phantom, the brand’s third masculine pillar.
Working as one team along with the paco rabanne eduction team, our training concept focused on transmitting technology & the craftmanship behind Phantom. Our training guidelines included detailed conception & rendering of the training event space along with the pre-training, training & post-training journey. Each step of the training included tools to effectively transmit the key messages for this iconic launch. The training kit aimed to educate the salesforce on the launch through fun activities, higlighting 3 key raw materials: lemon, lavender & vanilla. In addion, a salesheet was developed to reinforce the key messages.
The result was a an innovative & education training kit conveying savoir-faire and premineness, fundamental pillars for the new pillar of the brand.
