Impossible combinations was heart of the project. In partnership with the brand we worked on translating this brand vision into a 360° training journey including off-line & on-line training tools. The education journey was divided into 3 part, pre-training, training, and post-training, each with a unique set of tools. We began with the training presentation that told the story of the brand's rich heritage, the fragrance & make-up collection. A premium discovery kit to present the fragrance & make-up collection followed.

Our collaboration with the DVN team continued with the construction of event guidelines for launch along with recommendations of the venues, decoration codes, activities and more.
The outcome, was a successful worldwide launch, with a team of well trained brand ambassadors able to elegantly convey the messages about the brand & premium collection.
